Key Account Sales Manager

-Industry: Furniture | Interior Fit-Out | Hospitality Projects.
*Key Responsibilities:
-Lead, coach, and supervise a team of 3–4 Sales Engineers.
-Manage key accounts, develop long-term relationships with clients, and ensure -satisfaction across all stages of the project lifecycle.
-Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in the Hospitality and Contract Furniture sectors.
-Collaborate with design and technical teams to tailor proposals that meet client specifications.
-Drive revenue growth through effective team performance and personal contribution.
*Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Applied Arts, Fine Arts, or Architecture required).
-Minimum 7 years of experience in B2B project sales, especially in furniture, interior fit-out, or FF&E.
-Previous experience handling hospitality projects is essential.
-Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in managing sales teams.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
