Job Description:

  1. Client Relationship & Consultation

  2. Act as the main point of contact and trusted advisor for clients.

  3. Build long-term partnerships by understanding business goals, brand vision, and challenges.
  4. Proactively suggest solutions, innovations, and new opportunities.

  5. Proposal & Storytelling Development

  6. Prepare comprehensive proposals and pitches, including creative concepts, strategy, timelines, and budgets.

  7. Craft full campaign stories that connect brand objectives with consumer insights.
  8. Translate marketing objectives into engaging, results-driven presentations.
  9. Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to bring ideas to life.

  10. Campaign & Project Management

  11. Manage the full journey of campaigns: briefing, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.

  12. Oversee all aspects (creative, media, production, PR, events, and digital).
  13. Ensure deliverables align with client expectations, deadlines, and KPIs.
  14. Anticipate challenges and resolve issues before they escalate.

  15. Financial Ownership

  16. Prepare and manage cost sheets, POs, and budgets.

  17. Track financial health of accounts to ensure profitability.
  18. Negotiate with suppliers and partners to optimize value.

  19. Internal Leadership & Coordination

  20. Work closely with cross-functional teams (creative, digital, media, production) to align deliverables.

  21. Provide clear briefs, feedback, and direction to internal stakeholders.
  22. Motivate teams to deliver at a high standard under pressure.

  23. Performance Tracking & Reporting

  24. Analyze campaign results and prepare performance reports.

  25. Present ROI, learnings, and recommendations to clients.
  26. Use insights and data to guide future campaigns.

Qualifications

· Proposal & Pitching Experience: Preparing client proposals, storytelling decks, and campaign strategies.

· Campaign Development: Hands-on involvement in 360° campaigns (digital, ATL, BTL, activations, PR).

· Event & Activation Management: Supervising on-ground activations, influencer events, and product launches.

· Cross-Industry Exposure: Managing accounts for FMCG, beauty, or pharma brands.

· Client Servicing: Daily communication with multinational clients, managing expectations, and solving challenges.

· Budget & Financial Management: Preparing budgets, monitoring spends, and ensuring profitability.

· Strategic Thinking: Turning client objectives into actionable creative strategies.

· Reporting & Analysis: Delivering campaign reviews and success metrics.

· Problem-Solving: Handling last-minute changes, crisis situations, or client escalations.

· Upselling & Growth: Identifying opportunities to expand business within existing accounts.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree (most common requirement) in fields like:
