Operations Manager Job Duties

1.    Organize and manage the internal workflow between designers, account managers, and production team.

2.    Set and monitor project timelines to ensure all tasks are completed within deadlines.

3.    Follow up daily with teams to track progress and identify any potential delays or issues.

4.    Coordinate with the design team to ensure creative materials are completed and approved on time.

5.    Review and confirm production timelines for booths, printing, and other deliverables.

6.    Receive booths and production items from the production team and hand them over to the account manager for client delivery.

7.    Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards before submission to the client.

8.    Maintain a clear documentation process for project status, revisions, and approvals.

9.    Support the account managers in aligning internal timelines with client deadlines.

Send Weekly Report regularly to management on project progress and any operational challenges.
