Duties and responsibilities

· Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs.

· Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships and company goals.

· Discuss briefs and designs with design studio to bring a design exactly matching with clients

· Prepare reports on account status

· Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals

· Work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met

· Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients

· Conducting meetings with the clients as well as informing them about the current work status of their projects.

· Attend events and follow the

· Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.

· Act as the client's representative in the company to ensure that their demands are met with a focus on improving the customer experience.

· Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behavior.

· Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.

Qualifications

· Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and demanding targets.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Good attention to detail and organizational skills

· Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data.

· Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.

· Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
