We are looking for a motivated E-commerce Sales Executive with experience in home appliances to manage online sales channels, handle customer inquiries, and support sales growth through e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:


•  Manage and follow up on sales through e-commerce platforms and social media channels.


•  Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate product information related to home appliances.


•  Process online orders and coordinate with logistics for delivery.


•  Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and close sales.


•  Update product listings, prices, and promotions when needed.


•  Monitor sales performance and report results to management.

Requirements:


•  1–2 years of experience in e-commerce sales, preferably in home appliances.


•  Good knowledge of home appliances products and specifications.


•  Good communication and negotiation skills.


•  Basic knowledge of online selling platforms (website, marketplaces, social media).


•  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
