We are seeking a detail-oriented E-Commerce Operations Specialist to manage the day-to-day online sales operations, ensuring seamless order fulfillment, accurate reporting, and efficient account management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimizing online sales performance by coordinating with internal teams, managing customer accounts, and maintaining operational excellence.

Job Description:

  • Manage online orders from placement to fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Coordinate with warehouses and couriers to oversee order dispatch and tracking.
  • Maintain and update product listings across e-commerce platforms.
  • Manage e-commerce accounts such as Shopify, Amazon, Noon, and Instagram.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishments.
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports with performance insights.
  • Handle customer inquiries, refunds, and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to support promotions and campaigns.
  • Analyze sales trends and suggest improvements to boost performance.
  • Ensure proper documentation of all transactions and operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Experience in e-commerce operations or online sales.
  • Familiarity with online platforms like Shopify, Amazon, or other local e-commerce websites.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong knowledge of order fulfillment processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and customers.
  • Detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset.
