Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an E-commerce & Marketing Specialist located in Cairo. The E-commerce & Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing online sales channels, analyzing sales data, developing and executing marketing strategies, handling customer service inquiries, and driving sales growth. Daily tasks include creating marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Qualifications

  • Strong Commerce knowledge and experience in e-commerce platforms
  • Excellent Analytical Skills for data analysis and performance measurement
  • Strong Communication skills for coordinating with team members and external stakeholders
  • Customer Service experience to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Proven Sales skills to drive revenue and growth
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the automation or technology sector is a plus
