We are looking for an experienced
E-Commerce
to manage and optimize our online sales channels. This role involves overseeing website operations, coordinating with internal teams, enhancing the customer journey, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce management, digital marketing, and data analysis to improve performance and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.
  • Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory accuracy across all online platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and logistics teams to align e-commerce strategies with business goals.
  • Analyze online sales performance, customer behavior, and conversion rates to optimize performance.
  • Implement and monitor digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, and social media ads.
  • Ensure a smooth order fulfillment process, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Keep up-to-date with e-commerce trends, competitor strategies, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    5+ years in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail management.
  • Technical Skills:
    Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.), Google Analytics, and digital marketing tools.
  • Analytical Skills:
    Ability to interpret data and implement optimization strategies.
  • Communication Skills:
    Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-Solving:
    Hands-on approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges
