We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical professional to join our team on-site. This pivotal role combines product research expertise with hands-on e-commerce management tailored for the Gulf market, driving the success of our e-commerce and dropshipping business.

You will work closely with the marketing, operations, and sales departments to identify high-demand products, analyze market trends, source reliable suppliers, and manage the execution of sales strategies on major Gulf e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Product Research & Analysis:

  • Market & Trend Analysis:
     Identify trending products and profitable niches using data analysis tools like Google Trends, AliExpress, and Jungle Scout. Stay updated on industry trends, seasonal demands, and consumer preferences.
  • Competitive Analysis:
     Study competitor pricing, product offerings, and marketing strategies to uncover market opportunities.
  • Supplier Coordination:
     Source and establish relationships with reliable suppliers, ensuring product quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Reporting:
     Prepare comprehensive product research reports, including demand forecasts, profit margins, and target audience insights.

E-commerce Management (Gulf Focus):

  • Platform Management:
     Manage and optimize listings, sales campaigns, and promotions on major e-commerce platforms prevalent in the Gulf region (e.g., Noon, Amazon AE/KSA).
  • Strategy & Execution:
     Develop and execute e-commerce marketing strategies across multiple channels tailored for the Gulf audience.
  • Performance Monitoring:
     Analyze performance metrics specific to the region and propose improvements.
  • Collaboration:
     Work with the marketing team to provide insights for product promotions, and collaborate with local teams and partners to ensure smooth operations.

What We're Looking For

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Proven experience in e-commerce or product research, preferably within the dropshipping industry.
  • Extensive experience managing e-commerce marketplaces specifically within the UAE, Saudi Arabia, or other Gulf countries.
  • Proficiency in platforms like Amazon, Alibaba, Shopify, WooCommerce, AliExpress, Noon, etc.
  • Strong understanding of local e-commerce best practices, user experience, and consumer behavior in the Gulf market.
  • Expertise in cataloging, pricing strategies, inventory management, and knowledge of local regulations and cultural nuances affecting online commerce.
  • Strong data analysis and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in an office environment.
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing or launching product listings on e-commerce platforms.
  • Background in SEO, digital marketing, or understanding of online consumer behavior.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive product performance.
