Company Description

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious
Digital Sales Executive
to join our growing team at a leading e-commerce platform specializing in personalized products. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with a passion for sales and a strong understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce services.

The Digital Sales Executive will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals under the guidance of our sales leadership team.

Role Description

  • Lead Generation:
    Identify and reach out to new business leads via cold calls, email campaigns, social selling, and networking.
  • Client Engagement:
    Conduct initial calls and presentations to understand client needs and present our products effectively.
  • Pipeline Management:
    Manage and nurture a sales pipeline, accurately forecast sales, and track progress using our CRM system.
  • Proposal & Negotiation:
    Assist in drafting proposals and agreements, and negotiate terms to close deals successfully.
  • Achieve Targets:
    Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in
    digital marketing, e-commerce, or B2B services
    .
  • Proven ability to generate leads and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, results-oriented attitude with a strong drive to succeed.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
