Senior E-commerce Operations Specialist (Execution Focus)

About the Role:

We are a dynamic e-commerce company operating a hybrid business model: we manage our own private brands across multiple platforms in Egypt and the UAE, and we also act as a service provider managing Amazon/Noon accounts for external clients.

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Operations Specialist. This is a critical, hands-on execution role. We need an operator who thrives on getting the work done, ensuring seamless flow from click to delivery for all our channels—websites, Amazon, and Noon.

Primary Responsibilities (Execution Focused)

  • The individual in this role will be responsible for the seamless operational flow across all sales channels

  • Warehouse & Fulfillment Liaison: Act as the primary daily contact with the warehouse team (picking, packing, shipping). You will coordinate the dispatch of all orders, oversee physical stock counts, and manage the logistical processing of all returns (RMA).

  • E-commerce Order Processing (DTC): Oversee the entire fulfillment cycle for orders originating from our websites. Ensure website orders are accurately captured, integrated with our ERP system, and dispatched efficiently by the warehouse.

  • Multi-Marketplace Management: Execute daily operations for Amazon (EG & UAE) and Noon accounts. This includes handling FBA, FBM, Amazon Flex, and Noon FBN logistics and inventory management.

  • ERP & Data Management: Operate and maintain the integrity of our ERP system, ensuring all sales orders, inventory changes, and purchase orders are accurately recorded and synchronized across all channels.

  • Advanced Reporting: Use Advanced Excel daily to build and maintain reports on sales velocity, stock levels, warehouse costs, and channel profitability.

Requirements & Skills

  • Experience: Proven, hands-on experience working directly with Amazon Seller Central and Noon Partner Lab (Egypt & UAE markets).

  • Warehouse Coordination: Demonstrated experience coordinating logistics and fulfillment schedules with physical warehouse teams or 3PL providers.

  • Excel Mastery: Proficiency in Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas is mandatory. (Technical skills will be verified).

  • Systems Knowledge: Strong previous experience operating an ERP system is essential.

  • Operational Mindset: Detail-oriented, highly organized, and understands how to manage inventory across multiple online and physical locations.
