Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role located in New Cairo for a Senior Marketing E-commerce Specialist. Responsibilities include creating and executing impactful marketing strategies, conducting market research, and utilizing e-commerce platforms to drive sales growth. The role involves close collaboration with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, as well as analyzing market trends and customer behavior to optimize campaigns.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with various stakeholders and ensure excellent customer experiences.
- Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing Strategies to identify trends and develop strategic plans.
- Sales experience to enhance performance metrics and influence key business objectives.
- Strong ability to analyze metrics and use e-commerce tools effectively.
- Familiarity with fashion retail and a deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape are a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
