Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and revenue growth.

  • Oversee daily operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring optimal performance, user experience, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and logistics teams to coordinate promotional campaigns and product launches.
  • Analyze website analytics, sales data, and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage product listings, pricing strategies, and inventory to maximize conversion rates and minimize stockouts.
  • Lead and mentor a team of e-commerce specialists, providing guidance and performance feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, data privacy regulations, and security protocols.
  • Identify and implement new technologies, tools, and best practices to enhance the e-commerce ecosystem.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, partners, and service providers to optimize platform functionality and integrations.
  • Prepare regular reports on e-commerce performance, KPIs, and ROI for senior management.
Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 4 years of experience in e-commerce management or a related digital sales role.

  • Proven track record of driving online sales growth and managing e-commerce operations.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and web analytics.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or similar.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills at a mid-level career stage.
  • Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with online payment systems, logistics, and order fulfillment processes.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
