About the Role:

We're looking for an
E-Commerce Account Manager
to join our team at
Paymob
. In this role, you will manage relationships with our e-commerce merchants, ensure their satisfaction, and help them grow their online payment performance. You'll act as their main point of contact, providing support, identifying new opportunities, and driving revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling Paymob's products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of e-commerce merchants to ensure long-term satisfaction and success.
  • Act as the main point of contact for merchants, handling requests, issues, and escalations.
  • Analyze merchant performance and identify opportunities to increase transaction volumes and revenue.
  • Cross-sell and upsell Paymob's other products and services to existing merchants.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, and product) to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Support merchants with product knowledge, payment solutions, and performance insights.
  • Stay up to date with e-commerce market trends and competitor offerings.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in
    account management, e-commerce, or fintech
    .
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with good understanding of performance metrics and reports.
  • Proven ability to identify sales opportunities and grow existing accounts.
