About the Role

We are looking for a talented and highly organized
E-Commerce Assistant Manager
to join our growing commercial team. This role is essential for driving online revenue, optimizing digital distribution, and enhancing the hotel's presence across all e-commerce and OTA channels.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and previous experience in hotel e-commerce, reservations, or revenue management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing all OTA (Online Travel Agency) channels including , Expedia, Agoda, etc.
  • Maintain rate parity and ensure accurate room descriptions, images, and promotions across platforms.
  • Analyze daily pickup, demand trends, and online performance to support decision-making.
  • Monitor competitor rates and market activity to ensure competitiveness.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and revenue teams on promotions, packages, and digital campaigns.
  • Ensure timely updates of availability, restrictions, and inventory.
  • Support the management of the hotel's website booking engine and content.
  • Prepare reports related to e-commerce performance, conversion rates, and online revenue.
  • Assist in resolving extranet issues and maintaining strong relationships with OTA market managers.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum
    2 years of experience
    in hotel e-commerce, revenue management, reservations, or digital distribution.
  • Strong understanding of OTAs, extranets, and channel managers.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
  • Proficient in Excel; familiarity with PMS / CRS systems is a plus.
  • Strong English communication skills (written & verbal).
  • High attention to detail, organized, and able to work under pressure.
