Role Description

  • Manage online marketplaces (e.g. Amazon, Noon, Jumia) and the company's e-commerce website.
  • Upload, optimize, and maintain product listings, images, and descriptions.
  • Coordinate online promotions, campaigns, and seasonal offers to drive sales.
  • Monitor and analyze key metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, AOV, and ROAS to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Work closely with logistics to ensure smooth order processing, shipping, and returns.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to online sales.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and competitors.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team on paid ads and SEO strategies to drive qualified traffic.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and customer behavior.

Skills

· Experience with WordPress & Shopify product management.

· Hands-on experience managing marketplace and retail operations on Noon, Amazon, and Jumia, with

strong knowledge of their processes.

·  Results-driven mindset with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

·  Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

·  

Capable of identifying and addressing data discrepancies and platform-specific submission errors.

·  

Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and sales analytics tools.

·  Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

·  Excellent in both Arabic and English.
