What You'll Be Doing

• Manage and update product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing across e-commerce platforms (e.g., company website, Amazon, Noon, etc.).
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure product availability and timely order fulfillment.
• Assist in executing promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal sales.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rate, traffic, and sales performance.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on digital advertising, SEO, and social media strategies to drive online traffic.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints through online channels.
• Coordinate with vendors, distributors, and internal teams to ensure accurate product and pricing information.
• Generate regular sales and performance reports for management review.
• Stay up to date with e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and new online tools or technologies.

What You'll Need To Succeed

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or retail sales (preferably in a retail or distribution company).

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Noon, Amazon, etc.).
• Good understanding of SEO, digital marketing tools, and analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc.).
• Strong Excel and reporting skills.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

• Experience with B2B e-commerce or distribution management systems.
• Knowledge of ERP or inventory management tools.
• Basic graphic design or content creation skills (Photoshop, Canva, etc.).
