Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for a Retail Senior Operations Manager. The individual in this role will oversee daily retail operations, streamline processes, and ensure operational excellence across all store locations. Responsibilities include managing store performance, implementing strategic operational goals, analyzing business metrics, and ensuring exceptional customer service standards. The role requires frequent collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Retail Operations and Store Management to ensure seamless day-to-day store functionality.
  • Proficiency in Operations Management to strategize and enhance business processes and operational efficiency.
  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret business metrics, assess performance, and identify improvement areas.
  • Customer Service capabilities to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience to guide and motivate staff effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions in a dynamic retail environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the financial services or retail industry would be a strong advantage.
