Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager located in Mall Of Egypt The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and service, implementing store strategies, managing staff, monitoring inventory, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves retail loss prevention and maintaining excellent communication with team members and customers.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Store Management 8+ and Retail Loss Prevention
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field is beneficial
  • Prior experience in the fashion retail industry
