To support our retail expansion, we're looking for a results-driven Area Manager to oversee multiple store locations and drive performance across the district.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of multiple fashion retail stores within your assigned area.

Lead, train, and motivate Store Managers and sales teams to achieve sales targets and operational excellence.

Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Ensure adherence to brand standards in visual merchandising, customer service, and store presentation.

Manage staffing needs, recruitment, and team development in coordination with HR.

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with logistics for efficient stock flow.

Conduct regular store visits and performance reviews.

Collaborate with marketing and head office on regional campaigns and events.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field.

Minimum 4–6 years of experience in retail fashion, including 2+ years in a multi-stores management role.

Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.

Commercial mindset with proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
