Retail Operations Manager -Retail Fashion

*The Role:*

As our Retail Operations Manager, you will be the backbone of our retail stores. You won't just maintain standards; you'll elevate them. This is a high-impact role where your work directly influences customer satisfaction, brand reputation, and our bottom line. You'll ensure our stores run so smoothly that our teams can focus on what they do best: creating amazing customer connections.

*What You'll Do:*

* *Drive Operational Excellence:* Own and optimize all back-of-house functions: inventory management, loss prevention, supply chain, payroll budgeting, and facility maintenance.

* *Be the Process Guru:* Develop, implement, and train teams on standard operating procedures (SOPs) that enhance efficiency and consistency across all locations.

* *Protect the Bottom Line:* Manage inventory levels through precise forecasting and analysis, minimizing shrink and maximizing sell-through.

* *Lead & Develop:* Coach Store Managers on operational best practices, empowering them to lead their teams effectively.

* *Collaborate for Success:* Partner with Visual Merchandising, HR, Buying, and Finance to execute company initiatives flawlessly at the store level.

*What We're Looking For:*

* A proven leader with *5+ years of multi-unit retail operations experience*, preferably in fashion/apparel.

* Deep expertise in inventory control, loss prevention strategies, and retail logistics.

* A true people leader with a track record of developing managers and fostering a culture of accountability.

* Exceptional communication and project management skills—you can translate high-level strategy into actionable store-level tasks.
