Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Partner - Mass Hiring, located in New Cairo. The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruiting activities, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. Key day-to-day tasks include identifying and attracting top talent, maintaining employer branding, coordinating hiring processes, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. The role involves collaborating closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to meet recruitment targets.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Retail Recruiting
  • Strong Communication and Employer Branding skills
  • Proven track record of successful Hiring processes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the retail industry is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
