Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute end-to-end recruiting strategies for assigned functions/locations.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, timelines, and hiring priorities.
  • Source candidates through a mix of channels: employee referrals, social media, networking, and executive search as needed.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior level roles (or as specified), including screening, interviewing, assessment coordination, and offers.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical and recurring roles.
