Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Cairo for a Boutique Supervisor Sales Advisor. The role involves overseeing daily store operations, leading and supporting a sales team, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include assisting customers with their shopping needs, maintaining the boutique's visual presentation, ensuring inventory accuracy, and training team members. The Boutique Supervisor will work to meet sales targets, implement marketing strategies, and serve as a role model for exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in Sales, Customer Service, and achieving sales targets
  • Experience in Retail Operations, Boutique Management, and Inventory Control
  • Leadership qualities including Team Training, Staff Supervision, and Motivation
  • Strong Communication Skills and Interpersonal Abilities
  • Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for fashion and familiarity with luxury fashion brands
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
