  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including merchandising, marketing, and supply chain to ensure cohesive retail operations.
  • Analyze sales data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
  • Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and minimize stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Establish and maintain standard operating procedures for sales processes, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance customer experience and operational productivity.
  • Manage budgets, forecast sales, and control operational costs to maximize profitability.
  • Ensure all retail operations adhere to company policies, brand standards, and regulatory requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales operations management within the fashion/ retail industry.
  • Maximum age 45 years old
  • Proven track record of driving sales performance and achieving revenue targets in a retail environment.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with experience supervising retail teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across departments.
  • Proficiency in retail management systems, POS software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
