Sales Operation Manager
for one of our clients in the
Real Estate Development Sector
, located in
Moqattam
, Egypt.

Role Description

  • Develop and implement
    sales operations strategies and workflows
    to support company objectives.
  • Monitor and optimize the
    end-to-end sales process
    , from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Oversee the
    CRM system
    (data integrity, reporting, and automation) to ensure accurate tracking of sales performance.
  • Ensure all sales policies and procedures are clearly documented and consistently followed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • From
    8
    to
    12
    years of experience in
    sales operations
    or
    sales administration
    , including
    5+ years in the Real Estate industry (MUST).
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in
    data management and performance analysis.
  • Proven ability to streamline operations and improve sales efficiency.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Very good command of English.
  • Proficiency in
    MS Suite.
  • Moqattam or nearby residences are preferred.
