Role Description

We are looking for an experienced
Retail Manager
to oversee our retail branches and ensure smooth operations, strong sales performance, and excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all branch activities, analyzing sales performance, and preparing accurate stock forecasts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of all retail branches.
  • Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Monitor branch performance and develop action plans to improve sales.
  • Prepare stock forecasts and coordinate with procurement to ensure product availability.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with company standards.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Retail Manager or Area Manager.
  • Strong background in
    mobile phones or electronics retail
    is a must.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
