Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Associate, located in Qesm El Maadi. The Customer Service Associate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include handling phone calls, resolving customer issues, maintaining detailed records, and ensuring a positive customer experience through professional and courteous communication. Collaboration with internal teams to address customer feedback and improve service processes is also essential.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Proficiency in managing Customer Experience and addressing customer needs effectively
  • Excellent Phone Etiquette and interpersonal communication abilities
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills with a focus on timely issue resolution
  • Ability to work professionally in a fast-paced, on-site environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
