Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive - Italian speaker, located in Qesm El Maadi. The Customer Service Executive will handle customer inquiries, support customer satisfaction initiatives, manage customer service operations, and ensure the highest level of customer support. The role involves direct interaction with clients to resolve issues and improve service processes.

Qualifications

  • Interpersonal Skills and Customer Satisfaction
  • Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Service Management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field
  • Prior experience in customer service roles is a plus
