Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role located in Qesm El Maadi for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries, provide exceptional support, and resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction. Responsibilities include assisting customers via phone, email, or chat, addressing their concerns, and maintaining a professional and helpful approach. Additionally, the role requires keeping accurate records of customer interactions and providing feedback to improve service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction are essential for excelling in this role.
  • Demonstrated ability to enhance Customer Experience and ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to clearly interact with diverse customer bases.
  • Problem-solving abilities and adaptability to handle a variety of customer inquiries and challenges.
  • Proficiency in the use of relevant customer service software and tools is preferred.
  • Prior experience in a customer service-oriented role is an advantage.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in customer support are a plus.
