Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid position for a French Customer Service Representative based in Qesm El Maadi, with the option to work remotely part-time. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries via multiple communication channels, provide exceptional customer support, and ensure a seamless client experience. Responsibilities include resolving customer issues, responding to queries promptly, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication and effective problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Support
- Expertise in Customer Satisfaction and ensuring a positive Customer Experience
- Proficiency in French (verbal and written) and excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment
- Previous experience in a customer service role is highly desirable
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with CRM tools and systems is a plus
