**Role Overview**:
As a French-Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for French-speaking customers, delivering outstanding service and support related to travel inquiries, bookings, and issue resolution. You will leverage your language skills and customer service expertise to ensure a positive and seamless customer experience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide accurate information regarding travel products, services, bookings, and policies.
- Assist customers with reservations, modifications, cancellations, and other travel-related requests.
- Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints, aiming for first-contact resolution.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer needs when necessary.
- Adhere to company procedures, quality standards, and performance metrics.
- For bilingual roles, utilize English communication skills (B1+ level) as required.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Fluency in French (C1 level or higher), encompassing excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in English (minimum B1 level) required for bilingual account responsibilities.
- Must hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Graduates only).
- Demonstrated strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
- Adaptability and willingness to work in rotational shifts, potentially including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as per business needs.- Previous experience in customer service or the travel industry is considered an asset but not mandatory.
