Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Service Representative, with a primary location in Qesm El Maadi and flexibility for occasional work from home. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include responding promptly to calls or messages, maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, and collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs. You will also take part in improving service quality by collecting and communicating feedback from customers.
Qualifications
- Customer Support and Issue Resolution skills, including effective handling of diverse inquiries and complaints
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills, particularly in verbal and written formats
- Organizational Skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records
- Problem-Solving Ability, coupled with a proactive and adaptable attitude
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and familiarity with customer service software
- Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in other languages is a plus
- Prior experience in a customer service or related role is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are advantageous
