Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an English Customer Service Representative located in Cairo. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support and information, resolving customer complaints, maintaining customer satisfaction, and enhancing the customer experience. The representative will be expected to manage a high volume of customer interactions and ensure a superior customer service experience.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Service Representatives
  • Experience in enhancing Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced on-site environment in Cairo
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in English
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus
