About the Role:
We are looking for a
Customer Service Representative (Chat Account)
to support users of our
social platform and live streaming application
. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about delivering a high-quality user experience in a fast-paced digital environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle user inquiries and issues through
chat support
promptly and professionally. - Provide accurate information about platform features, account management, and community guidelines.
- Monitor and report
technical bugs, payment issues, or policy violations
to the relevant teams. - Assist streamers and viewers with account setup, live events, and reward systems.
- Gather user feedback to help improve platform performance and user satisfaction.
- Ensure all conversations meet company
quality and response time standards
. - Collaborate with internal teams (Tech, Operations, and Community) to resolve escalated issues.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in
Customer Service or Live Streaming platforms
(Chat or Email support preferred). - Excellent written English communication skills.
- Strong understanding of
social media, live streaming, or online community behavior
. - Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible with
shift schedules
, including weekends or holidays if required. - Positive attitude, empathy, and commitment to excellent customer care.
