Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Customer Service Agent, located in Maadi, QLD. The Customer Service Agent will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, providing support and resolutions, escalating issues when necessary, and maintaining records of interactions. Additionally, they will identify customer needs proactively, ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, and adhere to performance and quality standards set by the organization.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service and Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, active listening, and a customer-centric attitude.
  • Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of using computer systems, CRM tools, and the ability to quickly learn new software applications.
  • Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking: Ability to handle complex customer issues, think critically, and provide effective resolutions.
  • Time Management and Teamwork: Strong organizational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving customer needs and processes.
  • Previous experience in customer service or related fields is a plus.
  • Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
