Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Service Agent (English Account) based in Cairo, Egypt, with some remote work flexibility. The Customer Service Agent will handle day-to-day tasks such as addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction, managing accounts, and delivering a high standard of customer care. The role includes effectively communicating solutions and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Service, prioritizing customer satisfaction, and the ability to manage customer inquiries effectively
  • Experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar roles, with proven ability to handle customer interactions professionally
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer concerns
