Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Agent specializing in Italian. The role is based in New Cairo. The Customer Service Agent will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high standard of customer experience. The role also involves providing accurate information, following up with customers, and ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Support
  • Strong understanding of Customer Experience and ability to enhance it
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Italian
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and tools is a plus
  • High school diploma or higher educational qualification
