Customer Service Agent – Top Life Clinics

Location: New Cairo / Dubai / Abu Dhabi

Job Overview:

Top Life Clinics is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-oriented Customer Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering phone calls, managing WhatsApp and Instagram messages, booking appointments, and ensuring every client receives a premium service experience that reflects the clinic's brand values.

Key Responsibilities:

Communication & Support

  • Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
  • Respond to WhatsApp and Instagram messages in a timely and friendly manner.
  • Provide accurate information about the clinic's services, offers, and doctors.
  • Follow up with clients regarding their appointments, reminders, and inquiries.

Customer Relations & Booking

  • Schedule and confirm appointments using the clinic's booking system.
  • Maintain client records accurately and confidentially.
  • Handle client concerns or complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Ensure every client receives a personalized and pleasant experience.

Sales & Coordination

  • Inform clients about ongoing promotions and special offers (e.g., Black Friday deals).
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support marketing and social media engagement when needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).

Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a clinic, spa, or hospitality environment.

Excellent communication skills (Arabic & English).

Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.

Professional appearance and friendly attitude.

Proficiency in WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and phone systems.
