Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo for an Italian Speaker - Customer Support Specialist. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing information about products and services, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include managing phone calls, emails, and chats from Italian-speaking customers and accurately recording and resolving customer queries in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Italian and English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Experience with customer support and contact center operations
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
