Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Chat Agent (English B1), located in Qesm El Maadi. The role involves providing prompt and professional customer service through chat-based interactions, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Agents will also handle customer support tasks, maintain a high level of empathy and professionalism, and continually strive to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction.
  • Experience in improving Customer Experience and delivering high-quality service as a Customer Service Representative.
  • Strong written communication skills in English (B1 level proficiency) to handle chat-based interactions.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and resolve issues with empathy and professionalism.
  • Flexibility to adapt to different customer needs and scenarios.
  • Previous experience in customer service roles is an advantage but not required.
