Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for English Customer Service Advisors. The position is based in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing support over the phone or online, and addressing technical or service-related questions. The role involves upholding professional communication while meeting performance and quality targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Support
  • Proficiency in maintaining Customer Satisfaction and Customer-focused Service
  • Excellent Telephone Manner and ability to conduct professional communication
  • Fluency in English is a
    Must
  • Capable of working in a hybrid environment with organizational discipline
  • Basic computer and technical knowledge for support purposes
  • Experience in a customer service environment is an advantage
