Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo for an English Advisor (B2+). The English Advisor will be responsible for providing top-tier customer service and support, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include communicating with customers through various channels, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and collaborating with team members to improve service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Excellent English communication skills (B2+ level)
  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
