Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Advisor located in Cairo, Giza and Alexandria. The Customer Service Advisor will handle day-to-day customer interactions, provide support through telephone and other communication channels, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of customer-focused service.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer-focused service and customer satisfaction skills
  • Excellent telephone manner and effective communication skills
  • Experience in customer support and customer service
  • Ability to work on-site in Qesm 1st Nasser City
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
