Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Advisor (EgyCham) located in Cairo, Egypt. The Customer Advisor will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Key responsibilities include delivering high-quality customer service, facilitating effective communication with clients, conducting sales activities, and providing training to new team members. The Sales Advisor will also work closely with other departments to ensure seamless client experience and satisfaction.
