Role
Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Advisor, located in 5th settlement. The Customer Advisor will focus on engaging with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate consulting and training solutions. Day-to-day tasks include developing and maintaining relationships with clients, delivering exceptional customer service, and actively working towards achieving sales goals. The role also involves collaborating closely with team members to align on business strategies and enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication capabilities
- Expertise in Customer Service and maintaining client relationships
- Proven ability in Sales, including consultation-based selling
- Experience in delivering or supporting Training sessions is a plus
- Goal-oriented mindset and ability to meet and exceed targets
- Excellent in English is preferred
