Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt. The Customer Support Advisor will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, providing client counseling, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves regular customer contact and necessitates excellent communication skills. The advisor will provide exceptional customer support to ensure that clients have the best possible experience.

What You Bring:

  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Job Details:

  • On-site role – Nasr City, Cairo
  • Full-time position
  • Fixed shift: 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM
  • Fixed days off: Saturday & Sunday
  • Salary in USD or equivalent
  • High transportation allowance provided
