Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative (C1 Level) at RAYA CX, located in Qesm El Maadi. The day-to-day responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and addressing concerns through phone or other communication channels. Team members will ensure excellent customer experiences by adhering to professional standards and creating positive interactions at every touchpoint.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Support and a strong focus on enhancing Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Customer Service and Customer Experience management skills
- Strong Phone Etiquette and the ability to communicate professionally and courteously
- Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles in a BPO or similar environment is a plus
- Fluency in English and other languages is considered an advantage
- Proficiency in using communication and customer relationship management tools
- High school diploma or equivalent; any additional customer service training is a plus
