Role Description

We are seeking C1 English speakers to join RAYA CX as part of our dedicated team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Maadi. The candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide technical support, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining a professional and friendly approach. Responsibilities also include documenting customer interactions, managing accounts, and adhering to company protocols for quality and service standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in English (minimum C1 proficiency or equivalent).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve technical problems effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in using customer support technologies and tools, with a basic understanding of computer systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is an added advantage.
  • Previous experience in customer service or technical support roles is preferred but not mandatory.
