Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for English speakers at C1+ level, located in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves providing exceptional customer service and technical support, managing customer inquiries and issues, and collaborating with team members to enhance customer satisfaction. The candidate will handle various communication channels, maintain accurate records, and consistently strive for service excellence.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English (C1+ level)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in customer service and technical support
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant certification preferred
  • Previous experience in a BPO or similar environment is a plus
